James replaced a central heating drain valve which was leaking. James turned up on time and the job was very well executed. We asked James to come back the next day as we had an unexpected issue on a different part of the central heating system which he worked hard to resolve and charged a discounted rate. This is the third time we have employed James and will continue to do so in the future. Thoroughly recommend.

As usual a perfect service from James. The boiler he installed for us a couple of years ago has worked perfectly too. Highly recommend James.

James visited the site to undertake a yearly inspection and noticed the boiler is not fit for purpose. He quickly and efficiently arranged for a new boiler to be installed within the same week to ensure the tenants were not left without hot water 👍👍👍 Great work and communication

My house felt quite cold before, so I asked James for a quote to upgrade some old radiators, and install a new one in the hall. Popped round to have a look and give me a quote, and booked a date in there and then. On the day service was fantastic, very friendly, laid sheets everywhere to protect the floors, and very need tidy work. As for the difference in the temperature of my house. Well, what can I say other than wow! It’s soo nice to finally have a warm house! Couldn’t recommend JP West enough. Thank you very much!
