I was very happy with the service provided. I was unexpectedly left with no hot water and despite the short notice, James made an effort to attend my property on the same day to resolve the issue. He was very easy to get hold of and was professional throughout. Would recommend to use his services!

We've had James in for a variety of services, including boiler move, installation of non-return valves, capping an old rad under floor level, and rerouting and installing a new rad. Always provides a tidy and complete job, and work & prices really cannot be faulted.

J P West are really responsive, always turn up when they say they will and communication is great. Can't recommend enough!
