John responded to my request in a polite, timely manner. He explained very clearly what needed to be done & why. He replaced mine & my neighbours guttering and then returned to replace a pitch roof at the front of the house. John & his team are reliable, honest, polite and hardworking. They now what they are doing & get it done. These qualities are very hard to find these days at a reasonable price . Thank-you
