James and his team is very good when we had our oak tree trimmed recently. The tree has TPO and he was very good giving advice. He is polite, efficient, and good communications throughout the work. I will definitely use him again

James visited, to understand the full extent of the work and access arrangements, before quoting for the job - so there were no surprises with the final price of the job. Very pleased with the service provided by James and his team. Quote was provided quickly and was extremely reasonable. Team turned up on time and completed the job quickly and professionally. They kept me up-to-date on the progress as they went along and were considerate of me and my neighbours.
