Really good. Clear explanation of what the issue could be, pics before & after, v good comms. Weather was a difficultly so rearranged quickly and made sure roof was watertight in the meantime. Excellent.

James arrived as soon as he could, assessed the work required and gave an estimate. James kept in touch throughout, and his men did the work with no fuss and cleaned up afterwards. They did more than estimated at no further cost. Would recommend them without hesitation.

jps have been a fantastic company to have used. I would fully recommend them. they came out a couple of days after getting in touch with them and inspected the property. a date was booked in but they ended up starting a week earlier. they kept me informed throughout the repair work which was a big job. the lads were very friendly and kept the mess to a minimal, rubble was taken away after repairs completed. there was no messing around, the lads worked hard only stopping for a brew, which I provided for them and they were very greatful, straight back to work afterwards. very happy to recommend

James came round to inspect and quote for the job. He quickly identified the issue missed by two other roofers. A member of his team came round on a Sunday which was convenient for me. The work was completed to a high standard and at a good price. James called later that day to ask if I was satisfied with the work, I was.
