Customer service was good. James is really nice and approachable. No pressure. The job wasn’t done on the date expected but James communicated all the way through and was only delayed 2 days. Would definitely recommend and use again when I need my flat roofs replacing on my house. Five stars from me!

They were very punctual and friendly and curtious The work looks good and I have tested it with a hose pipe (see photos) and it seems all water tight but obviously only a good downpour will allow me to answer this fully which I promise to do. They gave me a 10 year guarantee so if you have any problems you should be covered.

Came out the same day to quote and did the job the next day (on a Saturday). They were quick and efficient and did a quality job. Would use them again and recommend!!

He came the next day after I contacted them and did me an estimate which made me realise that the previous guy who had given me a quote was definitely trying to rip me off, as it was half the price. He did the job within a few days, fitting e in with his other work as it was only a small job but showed me before and after pictures. However, the true test can this evening when we have had strong wind and heavy rain and my roof doesn't leak anymore! Would definitely recommend this company - good quality work done in quick time and courteous staff who kept me informed and didn't try & rip me off.
