    Skimming ceilings

    JPS responded very quickly to my job request, indicating they also had availability to do the work within a couple of days, this was a bonus as I was let down that day. Turned out JPS could do the work the next day. Posted job pm day 1 and work was completed am day 2 how can you argue that is not excellent. The job was also done to a high standard 👏.

    Joe is a lovely guy and very accommodating. He completed the job to our satisfaction. Communication can be patchy but he always does what he says he is going to do

    Unresponsive and bad workmanship

    Replastered ceiling in November which started to show cracks in June but they have refused to return to repair it. Discourteous and unhelpful.

    As previously said, we contacted the tenants to return to the property that you rent out to them & we didn't get a response. Stating that I refused to return was not the case. Leaving a 0 review is a really rubbish thing to do to a small business, especially when I made the effort to attend the property with no response, No work was refused.
