Asked for a price to unblock the sink which was one of two jobs the other being to service the boiler. This plumber's answer to unblocking the sink was to put a strong alkaline fluid down the drain. He then left and said would be clear in the morning which it wasn't. Contacted him on several occasions to say the sink was still blocked but always had an excuse why he couldn't come back to finish the job. I told him I could only put some cleaner down it as I don’t do unblocking and he’s response was yeah great let’s do that and when it didn’t work this comment happened so the job was a boiler service and putting liquid down and he accepted it
