Slate roof replaced on terraced house with all ancillary work and with rerendering of party wall and chimney. The company worked hard to get our job completed to a high standard and in a timely manner despite the adverse weather conditions. Job location: GL6Initially Joe came to renovate one side of an old roof that was starting to fall down. Once he started he realised the old tiles were very fragile and replacement was the better option and also advised the other slope was also in a bad state so advised retiling that side as well. The job was completed in 4 days and was very efficient. He was a day late starting but that made no real difference to my satisfaction.2.75 Felt and batons, dryline verge and fascia boards x2

I was pleased at the time. However, the work was guaranteed for 10 years. Joe had failed to respond to emails and phone and I have tried to make contact several times for after care problems-one of the dryline verge tiles has fallen off and there is still an issue with the original reason I approached a roofer.Verified reviewerJob location: GL4
