We used JPR Carpentry and Building Services for a single story rear extension. The team have done an excellent job which was reasonably priced and completed ahead of schedule despite working in difficult winter conditions. Communication was great from start to finish. Josh was happy to accommodate changes and additions as the build progressed. Any unexpected issues were resolved quickly. The work has been finished to a high standard and the site was kept clean and tidy throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and using them for any future work.

Josh was extremely knowledgeable and professional when he visited to quote us on a potential RSJ being installed, he was honest and punctual and very obviously wanted to find the best resolution. He kindly phoned his architect during the quote visit, who was able to verify our concerns, and Josh was able to give us a quote only a few hours after visiting, and was even able to offer to complete the works in a very quick turnaround- less than a week after he visited for the quote. I would absolutely use Josh again for any future building work.

Josh and Dan completed a complicated job removing and replacing floorboards and rectifying the slope in the floor. There were a lot of unknowns as we didn't know what caused the slope. They worked hard to find the reason (slow leak in the sewer pipe) and rebuilt our bay window. They were adaptable in dealing with a number of issues. Dan did an amazing job rebuilding and repointing the outside wall. They replaced the joists and floorboards, and installed the wooden flooring. They also did an excellent job replacing fence panels in the garden. They are reliable, friendly and hard working.

Josh and his team were reliable, conscientious and weren’t happy until we were happy. From the outset they provided a detailed quote and a timescale - both of which they stuck to. The work was of a superb quality and we couldn’t be happier. They were as pleasant a team of builders as you would hope to find. Would highly recommend.

We brought Josh and the team in to take down a load bearing wall between our kitchen and dining room, brick up a doorway, strip out our old kitchen, turn a window into a back door onto our garden and replace all the windows and doors in the new kitchen/diner. Josh and the team were excellent, always staying in touch and letting us know what was going on. Thanks to the guys, will deffo be getting them back for future work.
