Josh and his team were reliable, conscientious and weren’t happy until we were happy. From the outset they provided a detailed quote and a timescale - both of which they stuck to. The work was of a superb quality and we couldn’t be happier. They were as pleasant a team of builders as you would hope to find. Would highly recommend.

We brought Josh and the team in to take down a load bearing wall between our kitchen and dining room, brick up a doorway, strip out our old kitchen, turn a window into a back door onto our garden and replace all the windows and doors in the new kitchen/diner. Josh and the team were excellent, always staying in touch and letting us know what was going on. Thanks to the guys, will deffo be getting them back for future work.

We had Josh and his associates with us for just over 6 months this year initially to find a built-over drain cover but ended up using him for a load of other work, first replacing the main roof of our house, then a full garage rebuild and finally a conservatory rebuild! His "no-botched-jobs" mentality really stood out, always striving for the best long-term solution to any problem. He was always helpful in suggesting courses of action and always had someone on hand at short notice to get the job done (electricians, plasterers, painters etc). I would definitely recommend JPR!

J.P.R confirmed they had experience with the specific locking system and hinges we had. Finley Carpentry, sub-contracted without our knowledge, arrived to fit a composite door, not the hardwood door. Finley struggled with the locking system and hinges. J.P.R inspected and found the work totally unacceptable, quoting "butchered". J.P.R promised fixes but later withdrew. J.P.R refunded the door/frame cost, leaving us with an unfinished, insecure door. Avoid J.P.R and Finley Carpentry. Their lack of professionalism and poor craftsmanship were disappointing. Save yourself the stress and worry.
