  ason did an excellent job fitting our oak worktops. His workmanship is first-class and the attention to detail really shows in the finished result. He was punctual, professional, and kept everything tidy throughout the job. Jason took the time to make sure everything was fitted perfectly and was happy to answer any questions along the way. We’re absolutely delighted with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable joiner.

  New hallway cabinet

  Jason had previously built us a media wall & we asked him to build us a new meter cupboard in our hallway with shelving above. There was some miscommunication & Jason built it but not the colour we were expecting as we wanted all oak but it was built in white with oak shelving. Jason was happy to rebuild it for us but we said bring it & we will see what it looks like. It actually looked far better than what we had asked for & we are super happy with the finished product. It brightens up our hallway, gives us some display shelving and has turned a tired old cupboard into a lovely feature.

  Bespoke seating for premiumCafe

  I asked Jason to build a bespoke seating area for my coffee shop at Art B&B Blackpool , and he absolutely nailed the brief. The craftsmanship was excellent, and the final result matched exactly what I had envisioned. Jason was reliable, turned up when he said he would, and completed the project on time. Great attention to detail and a real professional to work with — I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality joinery/ bespoke builds

  We engaged JP Properties and Management to install a new gate in the wall of our rear yard. Our assigned workmen checked our requirements before arriving on site. They carried out the design and build exactly to our requirements. They built the bespoke gate and supplied and fitted all our requested fittings including a high security lock All work was carried out diligently and professionally. And the site was cleared of all materials. I can thoroughly recommend JP Properties and Management. We will certainly be using them again

  Bespoke bookcase and cabinet

  We are very impressed with our new cabinets and bookcase. Jason communicated well throughout the process and we were able to choose additional features such as the cabinet design and height of shelves. He even matched a new paint to the colour of our existing wall. The quality is fantastic wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again!
