  Leak through a ceiling

  From the first contact with this company I found my experience and an outstanding one as I was recovering from Surgery John gave me reassurance that everything would be fine and he would identify where the problem was which he did and he kept in contact with me at each stage of the repair his work was outstanding and he was very tidy and treated my property with respect I would highly recommend this company as far as I’m concerned, I had great value for the money and most definitely be using them in the future if needed

  Revamping a bathroom

  John replaced all the fittings in the bathroom, basin, taps, loo, shower, plus some joinery to house the hidden cistern, as well as the necessary preparation work for a resin work top to be installed. He was always happy to discuss any issues and come up with suitable solutions. He was punctual, tidy and had a high standard of workmanship.

  Added a new stop cock and fixed a water leak in a wall

  Great communication, understood my problem with little explanation. Easy to talk to, intelligent and doesn't force his opinion on you. Gave me some options and guided me to the most cost effective solution. Was on time when we made any arrangements. His work is precise and his whole approach is with due care and attention. Left the job tidy. What more could you ask for!

  Replacing the flush system on a toilet

  I was recommended to JP Plumbing and am very glad that I followed up the recommendation. The plumber arrived when they said they would, checked what needed to be done, explained clearly what that was, went to buy the parts needed, let me know when they would be back, came back and did the job. They left the workspace clean and tidy and the loo now flushes perfectly! All completed a day after I made initial contact.

  Leak from bath and re-tiling of ensuite

  This is the second time John has come round to fix work done by a previous builder. Wish we had just used him in the first place. Timely, courteous and tidy. Can’t recommend JP Plumbing highly enough. Will only be using him for our plumbing needs in the future.
