The service provided during the Radiator replacement was second to none. Josh was the first to respond to messages on the app and visited quickly whilst also providing a competitive quotation. He also turned up on time for the job itself when the radiator was ready for install (after plasterer/decorator). Josh also cleaned up all mess afterwards and removed the old valves/pipes which was hugely appreciated. No hesitation in recommending Josh to anyone needing plumbing work in Cardiff.

Josh did a cracking job, quick and transparent quote, showed up on time, did exactly what we asked for (plus a bit more!) and was very respectful of the house too. Couldn't have asked for a better experience as my first time on Checkatrade. Installation looks clean and tidy, and working perfectly. Obviously we haven't had the rads on apart from testing them (it's July) but as far as we can see, no issues at all and we're looking forward to a nice and cosy, warm winter. Thankyou Josh :)

Really impressed with JPM Plumbing and Heating. Josh fixed my toilet, installed an outside tap, changed my basin tap and pop up waste. Came the same day and was reasonably priced, very happy with the work.
