We just moved house and the combi-boiler was not working and had no service history (circa 10 - 15 year old boiler). Jag identified the key issues and resolved them quickly, did the service and offered advice on other peculiar aspects of the gas and hot water systems. Great service and a very helpful guy!

Great service. Would use again without hesitation

We knew we needed some kind of pump repair as Bosch came out but wouldn’t even touch it due to space requirements. Called jag and he came out same day and after diagnosing the problem he worked with us to get the parts needed and he did what is quite honestly miracle work. We knew the boiler was in a tight spot but he persevered and got this turned around and was very communicative with us all throughout the process. Genuinely couldn’t recommend him enough.

Jag was excellent! We had a leaked boiler and needed it urgently looked at and he came the next morning on a Saturday and gave a really thorough examination and testing, he serviced the boiler on the spot and also fixed and answered our plumbing issues which I have been meaning to get checked. Jag took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, he really enjoys fixing problems and giving it the care you would expect - and more. Also, the price was lower than we expected, he is just an honest guy. Would definitely recommend Jag to others and will use him again. Cheers! Kieran

Lovely guy, very friendly and professional and trustworthy. Great work carried out, explained everything he was doing. Would 100 percent use again and will be happy to refer friends, family and neighbours to this company. Top marks best tradesperson I have ever dealt with by far.
