Jag was excellent. We have an older-style system with separate controls for heating and hot water, a hot water tank, and complex wiring. He methodically worked through multiple issues - including the pump, programmer wiring, and motorised valve - and finally identified a faulty air pressure switch and perished silicone tube inside the boiler. He replaced them, got everything working perfectly, and gave great advice. Professional, knowledgeable, and highly recommended!

We just moved house and the combi-boiler was not working and had no service history (circa 10 - 15 year old boiler). Jag identified the key issues and resolved them quickly, did the service and offered advice on other peculiar aspects of the gas and hot water systems. Great service and a very helpful guy!
