John was efficient, friendly and helpful from the first point of contact. He came for a site visit the same day as my enquiry, had the quote to me the same evening. He kept me informed at each step of the way and when it came to installation his team were hard working, polite and to be honest, I barely knew they were about they caused next to no disturbance.
