  Jason was friendly and personable and easy to deal with. He replaced our existing noisy digital shower processor with a new one. We feel the new shower flow rate is weak and he followed this up with Mira. We need to follow up with them further to resolve. Jason changed a kitchen tap and repositioned an outside tap. Both were done well, with nice attention to detail in creating the brackets to hold the pipework for the outside tap. Jason quote was clear as were his communications in general. His price was reasonable - he charged me a day rate I would certainly recommend him.

  Jacob was professional, respectful and courteous. He communicated transparently about our options regarding two issues. Jacob managed to do a temporary fixing to our kitchen’s tap. Unfortunately, the issue with the shower's leak was more expensive than we expected.
