John came to see the loft the same day I inquired, he was clear and concise. After a brief chat and quote we went ahead and he was happy to plan a date that suited us. The workers were polite and kept my wife up to date with the work as it went on in the day, she felt very safe and happy with them. The results are just as described with useful shelves put up with the leftover boards, the loft was also perfectly clean after, no mess up there on or around where they had worked. Very happy!
