Having bought my PC from JPC's 10 years ago, I decided I needed an upgrade . JPC's supplied a range of options. Having had a discussion about the pros and cons JPC supplied the all that was required and transferred the data. John communicated by email and set up a visit, he arrived on time and was very pleasant. He did a clean up on my laptop, resolved an issue with the start up, removed a problematic Norton security and installed an alternative.
