I have had three internal units installed by JP Airconditioning and all seem to work. I have had them serviced annually since installation a few years ago. Condensing units installed on the roof (rather than on a wall) so need a scaffold tower for each service, which is super expensive! Last service (end of last year) flagged for first time that anti-vibration mats haven’t been installed and should have been. I was told to expect a quote to remedy the situation. Followed up last week (April), and am waiting to hear still. At this stage I’d recommend you go elsewhere.

Had a bathroom extractor fan fitted which comes on automatically when the humidity level gets too high to tackle ventilation and moisture issues, much better than the cheap fans that often get fitted with new bathrooms. Adam who came to survey for the job was very knowledgeable. The fan is working brilliantly.

This company are fantastic. They managed to install the new cooler within a few days and also carried out our air con servicing. Would highly recommend.

I was very happy with the work, from the initial site visit to installation and found the engineers to be professional, friendly and tidy, and I would highly recommend this company.

Honestly, would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. After discovering an issues caused by another tradesperson on a job we were carrying out, they jumped into action and dealt with it super effectively. The ladies in the office - Jemma and Harriet were fantastic, even had a call from the MD to confirm the works required and to make sure we were clear with it all. Max the engineer was fantastic, diligent and thorough and went through everything with myself and the lads on site. Effectively these guys turned my increasingly bad day into a not so bad day.
