Joe fixed a very stiff and sticky door handle. He quoted for the job beforehand but, having done the job, charged less as it took less time than he originally thought. Very pleased with his work and have already asked him to quote on a fencing repair.

I used Joe Property Management this week. Can I just say he is excellent and very efficient. Got back to me immediately following my enquiry then popped around within a day to assess what I needed. He did tiling, plumbing works, carpentry, Jetwashing, and electrical. He was thorough, quick, no nonsense AND a very pleasant man . I will definitely be using him again for for future works. He was a real gem of a find!
