We can’t recommend Joseph James highly enough! The whole process was extremely smooth from initial consultation to plans being drawn up and then throughout the build. All of the tradesmen who worked on the build were polite and professional, and they tidied up each day before leaving to ensure the house felt as normal as possible for us living there. The team overseeing the project were also very helpful and knowledgeable. We are so pleased with the quality of the work and the space we have gained.

Really pleased we went with Scott for the project. He and his team were great, and we're left with exactly what we wanted, 2 additional good sized bedrooms and a new bathroom in our loft conversion. The dormer looks excellent from the outside too. Very happy, would recommend.

Scott provided a very competitive quote for the work we wanted doing, i.e. a loft conversion to accommodate an office/bedroom with en-suite shower room. He convinced us to go with a dormer style window on one side of the house and velux windows on the other (previously we had thought the additional cost of the dormer extension would be outside of our budget). His suggestion was excellent and we have ended up with a lot more space than we had anticipated. He said the project would take up to 12 weeks and it was finished in just over 10 weeks from start of works. The quality is first class.

The standard of workmanship on our loft conversion was excellent and we are delighted with our new space. Workmen were polite,highly skilled and respectful of our space. We were kept up to date with every stage of the project. I thoroughly recommend this company. NE2 3HT
