Joseph James have just completed our dorma loft conversion and after countless bad experiences with tradesmen in the past, my faith is restored! Couldn’t fault a thing, over the moon with our loft conversion. These lads are polite, professional, reliable (we got this done in Nov and Dec and despite the weather there wasn’t one day they didn’t arrive at 8am and work a full day), the cleanest and tidiest workers we have ever had, every part of the project was meticulously planned to keep stress, dirt and upheaval to a minimum. You’re in safe hands with these guys. Thank you Joseph James!

We can’t recommend Joseph James highly enough! The whole process was extremely smooth from initial consultation to plans being drawn up and then throughout the build. All of the tradesmen who worked on the build were polite and professional, and they tidied up each day before leaving to ensure the house felt as normal as possible for us living there. The team overseeing the project were also very helpful and knowledgeable. We are so pleased with the quality of the work and the space we have gained.

Really pleased we went with Scott for the project. He and his team were great, and we're left with exactly what we wanted, 2 additional good sized bedrooms and a new bathroom in our loft conversion. The dormer looks excellent from the outside too. Very happy, would recommend.

Scott provided a very competitive quote for the work we wanted doing, i.e. a loft conversion to accommodate an office/bedroom with en-suite shower room. He convinced us to go with a dormer style window on one side of the house and velux windows on the other (previously we had thought the additional cost of the dormer extension would be outside of our budget). His suggestion was excellent and we have ended up with a lot more space than we had anticipated. He said the project would take up to 12 weeks and it was finished in just over 10 weeks from start of works. The quality is first class.
