Mike came round to do a routine service on our boiler. Carried out the service, and then in addition investigated an apparent escape of water (judging by the mark on the ceiling) for us upstairs and identified the culprit quickly. Very well priced and punctual. 100% will use again for any work we require.

Messaged the boss on easter Sunday not expecting a reply but he replied and was with us within half (I'm sure it was nothing to escape the mother in laws) diagnosed problems and juggled a couple of jobs around and was with us next working day with parts required very professional service great pricing explained what was done

I asked Mike to provide me a quote for a job I was quoted £500 for repairs internally or £320 for an external solution as a way around the pressure issue. He came out to have a look and said he can replace a tiny part and pump up the vessel and that might even sort our issue. I agreed and so far so good. He saved me hundreds as only charged a call out. He walked me through everything he was doing and explained the issue, the solution and any potential future signs we have to keep an eye on. Amazing service, definitely my go to guy now for any boiler faults.
