  Never sent me a quote, never got back to me.

  Needed a boiler and shower fitted, he came out and looked and said yes could do the job. Seemed really professional and was very helpful when answering my questions. Never even bothered to send me a quote, I reached out to him after a week on the off chance that it just slipped his mind. No response back either.

  I wish I could use his name, because he was fantastic at his job. With such good manners, he was here promptly when he said he would. With such a professional work ethic, I was comfortable in trusting him throughout the job. Problem’s do arise , and when they did - the problem was corrected. I will say this company had to fit me in as they had other work on the go. I cannot recommend this company enough. Good tradespeople in my experience are hard to find.   Replaced a broken central heating pump

  This was an emergency call out. Josef, kept me informed of when he would be with me, checked exactly what was needed. He worked well, very neat and clean and checked everything before leaving
