From the very first contact that I had with Dave he responded promptly to my email enquiry and we agree a time to quote to remove and repoint paving slabs that were located along a path to the house. We agreed to the price of the work, he arrived when he said he would and he completed the work to an extremely high standard. Dave and Bryan completed the levelling of a large of pond area including removal of all waste material, levelling with top soil, laying a type 1 base and fitting a new garden gate. Dave’s communication from my request for quote all the way through to completing the job and submitting the invoice was excellent. I had 3 companies out to quote and Dave’s was by far the most comprehensive and he really took time to talk to me and understand the job. Work completed was to a high standard with all mess cleaned up as well. I would absolutely use JOR again and would strongly recommend them.
