Jordan didn’t show up for the job, despite knowing my builder was coming the next day, making the move urgent. When he didn’t arrive, I called him, but he didn’t answer. He texted to say his van had broken down. Communication was minimal until, 3.5 hours later, he informed me that the van had been taken to a garage. Feeling sorry for him, we offered to hire a replacement van. He finally picked up the phone and said he’d think about it, promised to call back within 30 minutes. There were no further communciations from him. I had to find another engineer.

Jordan came on time with his mate and had the cooker installed in no time at all. Would recommend to anyone.

Jordan and his boys removed old boiler and fitted a new one at my elderly mum's house. They were friendly,polite and very respectful. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone. Left no mess at all and explained everything we needed to know to use the new system. Thanks for a stress free experience. We would definitely use them again.

We had a full boiler conversion and had the pleasure of Jordan completing it for us. Jordan carried out the job with great professionalism and kept us informed throughout the day as the job was particularly complex. We wouldn’t hesitate getting Jordan back again for any more work we need doing! 10/10
