  Recommended without reservation. Johnny attended FOC to assess a problem that 2 large companies had failed to identify but charged a fortune nonetheless. He attended very early in the morning on more than 1 occasion to "squeeze" us in and avoid disrupting other customers, he also worked late one evening to research the availability of parts which the other company claimed to only be available outside the UK with 2+ weeks waiting time. He got them in a few days at a fraction of the cost. He quickly identified - and fixed - a long standing problem quickly and cheaply. Simply put, he's brillant!

  Drain Blockage - Fixed

  We had a blocked drain on a commercial property. John was the second tradesperson to visit and look over the issue and, unlike the previous company, immediately discovered and rectified the issue. He arrived for a brief reconnaissance on the first day, identified what he thought might be the issue, then returned the subsequent day and fixed it as we all had hoped. He was polite, courteous, helpful and a great joy all round to work with - I'll definitely be keeping his contact details for the future!

  A full discussion between myself and John was carried out before his arrival. This meant there were no hidden costs, the investigation was carried out as we had discussed (using cameras) and John explained in full, with evidence from the camera, the root of the problem. John knows his job, I was very pleased that I chose him.
