I was really inpressed with the speed that Mr Lazarus Jones responded to my phone call for a quote. He came round within two hours to have a look at the problem on a very windy day. He was back next day with his team and went up on the roof and filmed the area 's that needed repairing. They were back two days later promtley at 9am They repaired the roof in several places, new breathable membrane, re installed eve support trays, and repaired both valleys on front of house. Jones property maintenance came out to repair our roof, we had been experiencing water creeping into the house at the base of the upstairs windows, the guys came out had a look and discovered the source of the issues, they were knowledgeable, polite and explain everything they were going to do before doing it. we couldn't be happier with the result.Verified reviewerJob location: WS1110 cleared debris and moss from flat roof and installed new flat roof, guttering and downpipes

Mr Jones was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful, gave good advice and carried out the work promptly and efficiently to a very high standard. The whole work team were excellent.
