  Mr Jones was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful, gave good advice and carried out the work promptly and efficiently to a very high standard. The whole work team were excellent. Their timekeeping was very good and everything was left clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to use Jones's Property for any future work.

  Flat roof refitted and previously the house roof.

  Very efficient, excellent service. Great communication and very reliable. Definitely recommend their services. We had the house roof done in 2023 and then needed the flat roof doing of the garage in 2025. We had not hesitations to call up Lazarus and the team and they have done another great job! Thank you!

  Dry ridge system fitted

  I called this company to for a quote. I had an issue with my ridge tiles and was met on the phone with a warm welcome. Lazarus came out and gave us a quote. We had the dry ridge system fitted, they took photos to ensure progress and method. All rubbish and debris were removed. Would highly recommend this company for any work required.

  Removal of installation foam

  Was asked to remove installation foam from attic. It was not full removed left with large pieces in attic extention. The roof was covered in a membrane. A week after job done light was shining through. Tiles have not been fixed or put back correctly. Ridge tiles are not cemented only pins. No fire wall installation was put in between neighbour nor were we given a certificate. Inside the attic the membrane used is hanging in areas not been fixed it is also in pieces.
