  Wardrobe doors and cabinets

  Very happy with the work Luke has done, new wardrobe doors and living room cabinets. The job was done quickly and cleanly and Luke was great at communicating what was being done and talking through any choices to be made. Definitely recommend.

  Garage conversation with ensuite and wine cellar

  Luke converted a large garage and utility room into habitable accommodation – this involved knocking through walls, building a new block wall, getting windows, heating install and building an ensuite with shower, loo, sink and macerator installed etc. He removed the old utility units and reinstalled them in the new utility room at the rear of the house which he built on the back of the garage. He is hard working, honest and got on with what we needed doing. Work was completed to plan and budget – importantly he was very fair on how extras and unders were calculated - this is super important!

  Whole house repainting, flooring, door fitting, removal and renovation of cupboards

  Luke and Phil did a fantastic job and completely transformed our house into a home! The communication was excellent, it was a long project but they kept us informed throughout, they were very professional and always left the house in a tidy state at the end of each day. They often worked long and late days to keep the project on track which we really appreciated. Overall they were absolutely brilliant and we will definitely use them again - I have no hesitation in recommending Jones Homes Developments!

  Turn shed into garden room

  The end result far exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Luke for any building / carpentry job. The quality of the work is great, and the garden room (pub) looks awesome.

  Demolition of garage, new fencing, concrete base for log cabin in garden

  Luke and Josh were fantastic! Luke's communication prior to commencing work was consistent, he came round to our home on the day/time he agreed to do so. All week Luke and Josh arrived on time, they were very respectful of our home and always left our garden in a presentable state. They were conscious of the fact that we have a young baby and carried out all work with minimal disruption. We received updates on progress at the end of every day alongside the plan for the following day. The work carried out was outstanding, they were punctual and professional at all times. 5* service!

  Fixing a sink waste pipe from downstairs w/c via a crawl space with limited access.

  Luke was brilliant on this job. Outstanding in fact. From responding to the Checkatrade request to estimating the job to being on time on every appointment. Before the job, he prepared first by identifying the fault, then assessing what materials were needed. On the day of the job he arrived early and was able to fix a leak that had probably persisted for months. This wasn't straightforward access was through a very small under floor crawl space. Really pleased to get this fixed and wholly recommend Jones Home Developments.
