    Professional Gas safety engineer. Reliable, great communication.

    We needed a gas safety inspection certificate and a boiler service. Jones and Sons were professional, reliable and a pleasure to deal with, couldn’t fault them.

    Tripping kitchen Tap

    What a way to treat a customer Came to look at dripping tap,need a new one which I ordered sent him EMail it had arrived no response from him I rang him said he would be there on Sat 25 January, rang said his child was ill,I was fed up with his excuses put phone down. He has left me with a tap with handle that keeps falling off having bee taken apart by him. Absolutely Disgusting treatment, made me feel quite ill.

I did offer you an alternative appointment within four days, doing my best to minimize any inconvenience to you. I understand your frustration, but I am saddened by the tone of your review.
