What a way to treat a customer Came to look at dripping tap,need a new one which I ordered sent him EMail it had arrived no response from him I rang him said he would be there on Sat 25 January, rang said his child was ill,I was fed up with his excuses put phone down. He has left me with a tap with handle that keeps falling off having bee taken apart by him. Absolutely Disgusting treatment, made me feel quite ill.

Family emergencies are never planned, and as a father, my priority in that moment was to ensure he received the care and attention he needed. I did offer you an alternative appointment within four days, doing my best to minimize any inconvenience to you.
I understand your frustration, but I am saddened by the tone of your review. Life sometimes throws unexpected challenges our way, and while I try my hardest to accommodate everyone, it seems I was unable to meet your expectations on this occasion.
