  Communication with James was great. He kept me updated every step of the way. His initial quote for the job was fairly accurate, there were a few additions but James kept me updated throughout the work that was carried out. Being a landlord himself, James was fully aware of the standard which I expected of his work and he also advised me of how he would approach the work if this was his BTL property.

  Flat refurbishment: Fendick Building Services provided a flat refurbishment of the highest standards, in a record time, completing the works well within the time frame required, including variations to the original works, without fuss. Cleanliness, quality, and professionalism all of the highest standards. The pricing was competitive even though the site was located outside of their normal working area. Highly recommended.

  James and his team are exceptional. Great communication, incredibly patient, timekeeping near enough perfection. Quality of work is second to none. Pricing was transparent and competitive.
