Matt came today to remove and install a 3 way kitchen tap. He was punctual, courteous and very respectful of our home. Throughout his time here, he was friendly and professional. Through no fault of his own, it was not an easy task, but he persevered and did a sterling job. Everyone I spoke to delivered five star customer service. Thank you

We have used Jon for a number of years for various plumbing , boiler services and heating tasks. After coming home from a break away to find our boiler had packed up, no heating , no hot water, very cold house. As this was late in the day Jon said he’d pop in on way home which he did. As our boiler was around 20 years old , no option but to replace. Unbelievably Jon moved other work around to accommodate us. Within 24 hours we had a new boiler installed . His efficiency and communication was excellent even sorting out the Hive transfer!! We are very thankful for all of there support.

From the initial visit and assessment of our planned underfloor heating project until completion, everything was handled professionally and with care. The team arrived on schedule for each visit and the rooms were cleared and left tidy each day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys to anybody considering this type of installation.

John Woodhouse converted my old traditional system to a combi. They did an excellent job, to a top quality, whilst making it seem as if they were never there! Always cleaned up, cannot complain. Using them for the service, and would use for further gas works!

Arrived early, professional, tidy, informative. Serviced boiler and replaced an electrical panel with a replacement, as the original one was faulty. Highly recommend this engineer.
