Completely reliable, serviced our boiler this year and last, fixed heating valve problem on spot, friendly engineers and very helpful admin team.

I have used this Heating Company for many years. 4 year's ago they installed a new gas boiler and other works. I had been using them many years before that for gas servicing. I have always been very happy with their work because it has always been carried out to a high standard, their cost's are fair and offer very good value for money.

The original appointment was to service the boiler. I discussed some issues with the central heating. The engineer did a full review and went through the various issues he'd identified. I received quotes for the various works and, once the quotes were accepted, the work was done pretty quickly. All the guys who came to deal with the various works were friendly and professional. The work was done to a high standard and in a timely fashion. They turned up when they said they would. I highly recommend their services.

Had a new boiler installed and relocated along with some other minor jobs. The team was professional, friendly and did a great job. They also left everywhere very clean, tidy and hoovered. I'd definitely use them again and would recommend them.

LPG Boiler was installed by John Williams Heating Services in 2019 and they’ve been the ones to carry out the annual service on it ever since. Every one who has ever carried out the work has been courteous, considerate of my property, very thorough in respect of the work being carried out and even offered guidance on how to get the best from the boiler. I can honestly say that every engineer who’s been to my home has been extremely professional and a credit to the company.
