Heard a dripping noise, but could not find any leak. They came out to inspect and were able to confirm it was the sealant under the plug hole that had come loose and was dripping and echoing down the pipe. Did not charge me. Lovely honest people. Will definitely use if anything else comes up.

Joe and his team are fantastic. I first found Joe via checkatrade for a simple boiler servicing. However the boiler was beyond it's life expectancy and eventually was losing pressure. Joe gave us a very reasonable quote and found time to do the job quickly for us as we have a new baby in the house and obviously heating and hot water were critical to us. He undertook the work when we were away on a short break which meant we didn't have to go without heating whilst in the house. I will definitely be using his services for all future work needed.

Joe and his team did a great job installing a new combi boiler. Very quick turnaround, good communication and tidied up after themselves.

We wanted to replace the bath with a walk-in shower. Contacted Joe and he visited soon after. He explained our options, we decided, and he quickly provided an acceptable quote, which he stuck to. A start date was agreed, and kept to. Joe and his assistants kept mess and intrusion to a minimum, and completed the work in a bit less time than planned for. They were polite, friendly and helpful, and fully cleaned up upon completion. There was a slight problem with a shower seal, and Joe quickly organised and a installed replacement part. Next time we need plumbers, we will contact Joe.
