I had the pleasure of working with John recently, and I couldn't be happier with the service. He was right on time, which I truly appreciated. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he is skilled and knowledgeable. The work he did was top-notch – everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who not only does solid work but also treats your home with care and respect. Lewis worked a long day, some of it outside in the rain, to finish the work on time. He was very tidy and cooperative and the quality of the work was first class

John made himself available despite the fact that it was Christmas Eve. He visited immediately, identified the problem with the cooker circuit and did all he could to fix it even though a new part was required that was not going to be available on the Saturday before Christmas. He subsequently tried to find an alternative cooker - nothing was too much trouble.

Work well done and workmen polite and friendly. Overall very cooperative and helpful. Very pleased with results.
