  We were very impressed by the way that John Stanley Removals carried out our move from Basingstoke in Hampshire to Ivybridge in Devon earlier this week. The whole process, which took 4 days, was undertaken with precision, care and courtesy. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they always did exactly what they said they would do We can definitely recommend them.

  I have recently used the services of John Stanley Removals. All staff were polite and extremely respectful of my furniture and belongings. They were speedy and worked well as a team, making the day seamless and stress free. I was recommended their services by a local storage company and I would definitely recommend and use their services again in the future.   Excellent friendly service

  I used John Stanley for a local move. The service was excellent . Good communication . The team turned up on time and were friendly and efficient. Most removal companies charge for the boxes and leave you to dispose of them after wards.. I liked that after I unpacked in the new place the empty boxes were collected to be reused for more moves. Also a lot of the packing materials were reused eg thick blankets for protection rather than disposable plastic wrap.

  John Stanley highly recommended.

  We chose John Stanley to move us from Basingstoke to Poole because of their reviews, their competitive price and no nonsense approach to assessing the contents. We asked for a price to move a large number of potted plants and although other companies had issues with this JS were happy to accommodate this at a reasonable additional cost. On the lead up communication was good. The move was over three days and they turned up on time, were very hard working and polite through the whole time. Every additional request they accommodated without issue. I would highly recommend JS.

  Reliable & effective removals

  A very successful move from Hampshire to Somerset. We have used Stanley’s for several moves over the decades as they always make the process as trouble free as possible. We always find Stanley’s to be very reliable. This time the move was over distance & several days & carried out smoothly and efficiently. John is very personable & has a good hard working team. Highly recommended.

  The team from John Stanley helped to relocate us last week - they were absolutely exceptional from start to finish. We had an initial visit for the purposes of a quote, which arrived within a few hours (amazing!) and we quickly signed-up for our move day. On the day, the team arrived promptly and I felt a sense of relief and calm immediately as they took control. Within a few hours we were installed into our new home with furniture all in the correct rooms, correctly placed as we asked. I would 100% recommend John Stanley - we would use them again without hesitation.
