This is the second time I have used John and his team. This time was a complete bathroom refurbishment including removing a wall and reconfiguring the design and layout. John is reliable and honest. His quotes are always competitive and he sticks to them even in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The quality of the work is very highly. I will definitely use John again in the future. John was recommended to me by a friend who he had completed a similar job for. I met with John and emailed him architect plans, he provided a quote which I was happy to go with. Work started in November and John's guys Jack, Andrew an Mick worked through some horrific weather conditions to get the project underway. I was alway kept informed as to what was happening and the next steps and they were always happy to let me know what they were doing. They arrive on time and put in a shift. John always answers his phone when I need anything clarified or have any questions

They turnt up as they said they would at 8am and left the job clean and tidy. They did the job specified and to the time specified. Reasonable price also. Friendly builders also and very helpful.
