Absolutely amazing service. Came out within an hour of contact, fixed tap quickly and all at a very reasonable price.

I advertised to find a plumber for a job in my daughters house in Polbelth and John Smart plumbing answered very quickly. Once the job and price was agreed the plumber arrived soon afterwards and done a fantastic job , he was very informative and gave good instructions on completion of the outside tap incruding how to drain it in the cold weather. Highly recommended!

Really pleased with the work. Ion supplied and fitted a new kitchen tap within a day of me raising the job on Checkatrade. He gave me two options of taps to choose from to suit different budgets, which was really helpful. The work was completed in about 45 minutes, done efficiently, and he left absolutely no mess behind. Great communication and a very tidy job — would definitely recommend!

Ion from John Smart was very quick with his response, giving full info in advance and arrived when he said he would. Tap replaced and also completed some extra valve changes after noting that they were faulty. I would recommend him and would go to him first next time I need a plumber
