  Repair to leadwork on leaking roof.

  Wow. What can I say. I was quoted for a roof repair by another company who did not reply to me when I told them I wanted to proceed. I then contacted John who went round the following day, assessed what was needed, supplied photos of the failed area and quoted the job. He then carried out the work that night. Thank god the other contractor did not reply as what they quoted for was not the problem. I cannot recommend more highly. He was very polite. Kept me informed at all times. Very courteous and honest. He saved me a lot of money and I am so happy I have found a contractor that I can rely on

  Fixed loose tiles on roof

  E-mailed for a quote Saturday. John got back to us Saturday and came round to quote on Sunday. Fixed tiles on Monday in about an hour. It's rained since and no more leaks. Thanks John

  Making good inadequate work done badly by another roofer

  John Murch came highly recommended by a builder who has done quite a bit of work for us and who I trust - worth a lot more than a reference from a trade association! He responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and did the work on a Sunday to make sure the leaks were fixed before we went away.

  Investigate roof damage

  Having discovered a roof tile in my garden, I found John on this site. I sent an email in the first instance requesting an appointment. Within an hour of sending the email, John phoned me up and arranged to call round later in the afternoon. This he did and promptly got up his ladder to survey my roof. He was able to provide me peace of mind by confirming no tiles were missing, which I am very grateful for. He is definitely on my tradesman list for next time.

  Replaced a leaking roof vent tile

  Absolutely superb service! John came to take a look at the job on Saturday, and by 4.00PM on Monday, he had called back with the replacement tile and quickly fitted it! Cannot recommend him highly enough, and the cost was VERY reasonable as well!
