Competitive pricing. Really good communication, prompt and reliable time-keeping, friendly and helpful manner, and Simon went the extra mile to come back and fix something we’d missed first time. Would definitely use him again for future work.

John initially came to look at the job, explained in detail what would be required and gave a quote for it. He then turned up as arranged and completed the work to a high standard, leaving the area clean and tidy afterwards. I'd definitely use John again for any repair work.

We had a leak around a chimney which we’d been trying to get fixed for years. Lots of roofers had come to look and couldn’t see a problem or suggested a complete new roof instead. Meanwhile, the water kept coming in. Simon from John Riley Roofing listened carefully to the problem, inspected the roof, identified the cause and came up with a practical solution. He impressed me with his vast knowledge and professional attitude. Simon and John did the work to schedule, with care and professionalism. Leak finally appears to be fixed! I’d definitely use this firm again. 100% recommend.

What a brilliant guy. Thought it would be a long long wait with all the rain, but he put up the scaffolding and got to work as soon as he possibly could. Excellent job and my husband even went up to look! Can’t recommend him highly enough

We recently had a full re-roof done by John and Simon. Excellent job, we were kept updated with plans and timescales right from the quote to the completion of the work. Both were extremely reliable and all the plans were adhered to. The customer service is excellent and the quality of the work cannot be questioned. Simon co-ordinated the work and was on site everyday throughout the job, he was reliable and courteous at all times and was also considerate to the neighbours. Excellent customer care, excellent workmanship, highly recommended.
