I found John’s details on this site and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and professional the whole experience was. I was communicating with him via text on behalf of my parents, and he was incredibly understanding and helpful throughout. John is such a lovely and honest person—he provided a quote the very next day and carried out the work the following week, exactly as agreed. He was efficient, reliable, and a real pleasure to deal with. So much so that we are using their service again. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for trustworthy and high-quality service.

Couldn't fault anything and a fantastic job done

John and his team were quick to come out and assess the work needed, and even in what I assume is a very busy period for roofers due to the recent storm, John and his team have got my roof fixed in just over a week (would of been sooner but special tiles were needed to be ordered). Can't fault the guys at all.

John Reid turned up to do the work when he said he would. He provided good quality work and tidied up after he had finished.

John was prompt and carried out a high quality repair.
