  Deleted my messages and didn’t turn up for 1st booked appointment, second booked appointment, I messaged the day before and was replied with “It's a long way to go to get wet” Unreliable and appears uninterested

  I sent you the weather forecast for your area the next day There was very heavy rain forecast. As the job was over 40 miles away and over an hour to get there it would have been a total waste of my time and fuel. I texted another time, but no reply

  Bricking in of windows

  John and his colleague did a great job on bricking in some old windows for us. The work is so neat and perfectly matches with our original brickwork and he was so quick as getting in touch, and reliable.
