I had a few electrical questions for John who explained safety and feasibility of the work. When he came in to sort out the booked work he explained the work and was efficient and clear.

John responded really quickly and came over within an hour. He talked through the problem before coming and he made sure my sockets were safe to use and advised the likely problem. Really polite, prompt and competent.

Super helpful, very reliable, could not recommend more! Had an issue with some of the switches in my boiler cabinet, had a callback super quick, with a quick assessment, asked for pictures to come prepared. Job was done same day.

Old shower was no longer working. As this is the only means of showering just required completing ASAP. John contacted me within 10 mins of putting work on checkatrade. Work completed the next day. Very polite and work to a high standard

John was friendly and came within 48h to sort out. He explained and advised what happened for future reference. He’s done all the checks to find the issue which was a reset button pulled out due to electricity jolt.
