Recently had major roofing work carried out and, the quality of the work itself was excellent. The team clearly knew what they were doing, and the finished result addressed the original issue. However, this was let down by poor communication during the process. It was often difficult to get clear updates on timing and next steps, which made things more stressful than necessary. During the repair, some additional damage was caused to the porch roof. This was acknowledged but not resolved, despite numerous ignored messages. I would have expected a professional conclusion to the whole repair.

Would recommend this company, they did an excellent job last week on roof repairs on my bungalow. From George who did initial quote to Ian & Joe who did the work. All extremely hard working, professional, polite, friendly and tidy workers.

As I had new tenants moving into one of my properties in Petetsfield, I was made aware of a number of stains and leaks within the house. I contacted George as I had been given his details from a friend who had recently used John Morley & Son Roofing. After speaking with George on the phone to arrange a site visit, we met at the property to discuss the roofing works needed. George explained each issue that he foundand from there a quote was received and works commenced. From start to finish George and his team were extremely tidy and professional and I'm very happy with the finished outcome.

George was great, he got back to us super quickly following our initial contact. He’s really friendly, and knows his stuff. He gave us the options of repairing the flat roof, after a minor leak, or to replace with a new flat roof system. We opted for the new roof system and he was available to carry out the work at the end of the following week. He completed the work in a day and took photos to show us the finished job, which we were extremely happy with. George is polite, prompt, neat and tidy and work was very reasonably priced. I cannot recommend John Morley and son roofing, High enough. I am so happy with the work they did to my leaking chimney stack. You can tell they take great pride in their work. Reliable friendly team. I would recommend them completely. Photo’s of the whole process throughout work being carried out which is very reassuring. Thank you for making my old leaking chimney look brand new once again.
