John was fantastic from start to finish. He really took the time to thoroughly understand the job and talk it though with us, and his communication throughout was brilliant. He made sure we were happy at every stage of the process and make every decision in discussion with us. He really put the hours in and it was clear he cared about the quality of his work. John was excellent from the first time I spoke to him. He sent me a detailed quote and started within a couple of weeks on agreeing the work. He worked really hard and cared about what he did and his workmanship was really good. I would recommend John to everyone and would be happy to use him again on other jobs.

New loft ladder supplied and installed John arrived on time and got to work straight away putting down dust sheets to protect our carpet loft ladder works and looks great

John was extremely diligent making sure all the finer details of necessary fittings and materials were understood as well as the new layout and plan of actions. Very clear with costings. Work carried out to a very high standard, clean and tidy and with good timeliness. Small snagging items efficiently dealt with. Would highly recommend for any such similar work

Last year 2024, we were in need of a completely new bathroom as it hadn't been updated for around 30 years! Luckily we found John he was able to get us on the right track. There were very few surprises apart from the minor leak that was resolved with entirely new bathroom fittings. John was quick, clear and someone you can trust to get the job done.
