There was a fault in my dishwasher and when Mr Isaac attended he was able to find a small bit of glass stuck in the pump and fix that within about 20 minutes. This avoided me trying to get a new pump or even a new machine. An excellent outcome.

John's prompt and expert advice meant that no replacement gas cooker was needed, with a simple fix we could do ourselves – saving us hundreds of pounds and keeping a perfectly good appliance going to waste. Much appreciated. We won't hesitate to contact for future appliance repairs. Thanks.

Very neat and tidy. You would not know he had been! Tidied up after himself impeccable. Quoted, made alecosts clear and kept to timings.

Where to find the hidden serial number, sent pictures to make sure the grill needed replacing, then he ordered the correct part on the Friday and fitted on the Monday, arrived at the time he said he would.
