Phoned John at the end of my tether with washing machine not draining. He took the time to patiently explain how to change the filter in case I could do it myself before he was available to visit and it worked a treat. So grateful for his time and advice.

John communicated with us well, arranged his appointment directly with our tenant, gave us honest and useful information. He advised us that the 16-year-old dishwasher in our rental property was beyond economical repair due to a slow leak, so we have arranged a replacement. I appreciated the honesty of a relatively quick visit from a real expert to tell us that it wouldn't make financial sense to repair a dishwasher compared to replacing it. Compared to the time we might have wasted trying to diagnose the problem ourselves, getting John round was a bargain.

He was very prompt and capable repairer. Could not repair the machine as it had just worn out, it was over 15 years old.

I contacted for a dishwasher repair and was given some very good advice, it was much appreciated.

There was a fault in my dishwasher and when Mr Isaac attended he was able to find a small bit of glass stuck in the pump and fix that within about 20 minutes. This avoided me trying to get a new pump or even a new machine. An excellent outcome.
