John came round to service the boiler. Very happy with the job done and with John's knowledge, he's generally a nice guy. Happy to recommend John to anyone.

Organised a boiler service for my elderly mum. John Harris got in touch straight away and was able to book the appointment within a couple of weeks. John turned up at the agreed upon time slot. John was friendly, polite and helpful to my mum. Completed the service in a timely manner and also briefly advised on next steps with regards to replacing the boiler. Thanks John, absolute 5 star service!

Excellent service from start to finish. The initial response was quick and cost was competitive. Kept me informed re arrival time and carried out the works with no fuss. Really friendly professional service and will certainly use John again.

John was excellent. A thorough professional during a difficult job. We don’t know much about plumbing but John didn’t make us feel stupid for that, he took the time to explain everything. Don’t hesitate to book. Five stars.

We had booked John in for a Boiler Service and to install a second hand gas hob, Boiler Service completed and a few remedial works required, John was well equipped to repair on the same visit and he strongly advised to stay away from installing the second hand gas hob due to its condition and how it was previously installed. Very honest and informative. We have decided to buy a new one and have John come back to install.

First time using John for a boiler service and from start to finish I was very impressed, very thorough and knowledgeable
