    Excellent in all respects

    We needed bathroom toilets and a tap replacing and and repairs to a shower pole and a leaking radiator. John was very communicative and helpful with advice on products before we made a decision. The team of Jordan, Tyler and Sam arrived as scheduled and did a very professional and efficient job. They were also very tidy. We are delighted with the results and impressed with the value and service received.

    No hot water - sorted immediately

    Saturday 27th December and we woke up with no hot water. Called John at 09.00 and one of his team was with me by 10.00!! Everything sorted by Jordan by 12.00 with piping hot water. Amazing service (again) from John, Jordan and the team!!
