Not very happy. Before the work was completed we were sent invoice reminders twice. When they finally turned up to complete the work, we were hassled again to pay on the same day, even though I had emailed them twice confirming that I would pay as soon as the work was completed, which I did.

Even before we commenced work here, I knew we were going to have issues.
Tidiness - 3! This was because we put all the excess materials in black bin liners, swept up but left it for the customer to dispose of as we are not licensed to dispose of it, we have photo’s.
Perhaps you could have cleaned the room that was full of cobwebs!
Courtesy -3! Complete fabrication.
Reliability 3! - We turned up the we said we would!
This was a complex piece of work, which we performed admirably.
As to the invoicing, perhaps had you paid your bills instead of withholding full payment because we did not have a minor component with us our invoicing system would have recognised the submittance.
There were TWO invoices! That’s why you received TWO reminders. Its an AUTOMATED prompt, for you to pay, by XERO.
Very disappointed, very angry having worked long hours to complete this project in 2 days, and to state she did not pay because "she did not think we would come back” Really? We don’t work like that I’m afraid.
As to not sharing any details on social media, I wonder why?
