  Complete layout change and loft conversion

  John and his team were fantastic from the start undertaking the initial part of the structural demolition and renovation whilst we were on holiday. We trusted them to make decisions in our absence after a full discussion based around the finished article before we left. John kept us up to date at all times, even allowing us to spread the renovation over a prolonged period due to changes in our circumstances. The renovation was priced well based on an undecorated ‘plaster finish’ even though we made additions and changes throughout. Highly recommended.

  Gutters and soffits adjustments & replacement

  They stopped the rain leaking into cavity wall causing internal walls getting wet. The previous lot left me with this problem which John and his brother efficently resolved. They have also done other jobs for us to the same high standard

  Building Extension

  John Cox Builders carried out a major refurbishment of our house which included building a single storey extension, new patio, new driveway and fitting a new kitchen and utility. The quality of the work carried out was excellent. John and his team were friendly, efficient, punctual and neat and tidy. We had no experience in undertaking such a project and John was always available to guide us through the process, recommending a Structural Engineer and liaising with the appropriate building authorities.   Pointing and Roofing Repairs

  John and his brother Paul did an excellent job for me - professional, dependable and tidy. Emergent work on the roof that required attention, as the pointing progressed, was explained throughly and dealt with efficiently. I was really pleased with their work. Would highly recommend to others and will use again if and when I need building work done.

  Repaired our driveway and various repairs and maintenance on our hotel & my personal house

  Amazing customer service, great communication and amazing advice. I have had a lot of issues with my house and John’s support and advice has been very supportive and informative. John and his team have carried out work for me at my hotel to a very high standard and would 100% recommend him to anyone.
