We are very happy with our new tiled roof. John and his team were fantastic. He carefully quoted on our roof replacement covering everything from our survey. They came punctually each day, and everything was completed in the time agreed. John was particularly good at updating us on progress, liaising with a third party and helping the council to inspect the work. The team were friendly and the quality of work was really high.

Our flat roof is asphalt which we previously had overlaid by another roofer in the past. The overlay was failing and needed sorting out. John Cawley and his team have fixed it all, flattening the roof and overlaying it with felt. They also changed a skylight, fitted some rubber roofing mats and sorted out lots of little bits and pieces. They were a pleasure to have working on our house, they have been easy to communicate with, efficient and have done the work to a high standard. I would certainly recommend them.

Highly recommend John Cawley and his team! He re-did part of our pitched roof that had been done badly previously. He organise scaffolding at a good rate, and then did the job quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and reliable, and honest pricing as well! Would definitely recommend him!

Not only did John and his team do very high quality work, but John's communication, paperwork and responsiveness was excellent. He also documented the work with photographs which was useful to share with the other freeholders who weren't on site. I would highly recommend.
