I have had 4 carpets supplied and fitted by John Bayley Carpets over the last 15 years. (Most recent was 04/07/2025). Also recommended John Bayley to friends and they have had carpets from John Bayley too. Always supplied and fitted good carpets at better prices than the high street stores. John always comes around with lots of swatch’s and has a big selection of carpets ( love the personal touch). Obviously I would use John Bayley Carpets again

I had a carpet fitted by John Bayley Carpets on 23/7/2025. The process was so easy. I knew the sort of colour I wanted, John came round with samples to show me and I chose one right away. The fitters arrived, they were polite, professional, quick and tidy. I love the new carpet and can't recommend John Bayley Carpets enough. I will definitely use them again. Great job. 10/10.

Fabulous service/experience from beginning to end. John responded very quickly to my request I posted for carpets on his website he and came round a few days later to measure up and quote. We hadn't shopped around but the prices John quote were reasonable and he had a plentiful supply of carpets for us to choose from. John listened to exactly what we were after and showed us samples of what he thought would work well etc. Two fitters came round a few weeks later and we are delighted with the results. The carpets are exactly what we are after and given the areas a huge lift and look great.

We recently had John and his team measure, remove and fit carpets in three bedrooms, stairs and landing. John was super helpful and came with lots of samples to help me choose. Very easy to communicate with John over the whole process and his team did a great job with removing and fitting the carpets. We’re very happy with the carpets, thank you.

I don't hunt about for carpet/flooring companies when I need to. I have used John Bayley Carpets for years. Good honest company and the fitters are top notch too. Would recommend without hesitation 100% See you later in the year for the lounge and hall !!
