We have been impressed with John Bayley Carpets from start to finish. John offered a home visit within a short period of initial contact, listened closely to our requirements and provided samples of carpets which met our brief. Once agreed nothing was too much trouble - including rearranging the booking date by a week to allow for extra decorating, working around other professionals for different flooring types elsewhere in the house, and removing internal doors on the day for ease of fitting. Overall great experience - we look forward to engaging John Bayley Carpets in the future.

John was passed onto me by a work friend. Top top bloke. Open, honest, and straight to the point. Explained everything to me and my wife so we knew exactly what to expect (even while our 2 year old was shouting at him to share his crisps). From quote to installation an excellent service from John and his team. Honest and trustworthy company, no gimmicks, no tricks, just honest prices for quality carpets. Excellent service from start to finish

From start to finish, this has been such a straightforward process. John visited to provide a quote which was given at the time of the visit. This quote was far lower than other local companies and the carpet was of a better quality so accepting the quote was the easiest decision I’ve ever made. The company was able to cater my date/time preference giving me time to have a mass clear out ahead of the fitting! The fitters arrived at the stated time and carried out the work to a high standard in a little over an hour leaving the room tidy! I was advised on care instructions.
