John and colleague Matt were friendly, reliable, neat and tidy and did an excellent job. Delighted with work.

We asked John to do the bedrooms because we had been so pleased with his and Matt’s work on the rest of the house. Once again they did an excellent job, were a pleasure to have around and were very neat and tidy. We are very pleased with the finish and we’ve asked them back to work on the outside when the weather’s better.

John and Matt are excellent decorating professionals and they have done a first-class job on our lounge, hall and dining room. We live in a bungalow so there was little space available but everything was organised for the least disruption. John and Matt are very friendly and easy to have around so sharing the house with them was no problem. John paid close attention to what we wanted and made a number of very helpful suggestions. We are very pleased with the results and have booked J of Shades to decorate two more rooms in the New Year.

Quick producing the quote. Nice and detailed, so I knew exactly what was and wasn't included. The quote was for exterior painting and replacement of one piece of wood, which was rotten. It turned out that quite a few of the eaves had rotten wood - so these needed replacing as well and the guttering needed some adaptation to work properly. I was shown all the additional work and it was discussed with me. A great job, house looks very smart. John and Matt were very pleasant and left everything clean and tidy. I'm using them for internal painting next.
